- If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery range, please contact our customer service team for confirmation.
2. Delivery Times
We offer the following types of delivery services:

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. We offer two delivery time slots each day:
- Afternoon: 1 PM to 5 PM
- Evening: 6 PM to 10 PM
- Specific Date Delivery: You can choose a specific delivery date, and we will do our best to deliver your order on that date.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the following factors:
- Distance to the delivery address
- Type of delivery service chosen (standard or specific date)
- Total order amount
Exact fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with order details and the estimated delivery date.
- Order Processing Time: Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
5. Delivery Considerations
- Recipient Information: Please ensure that you provide accurate recipient name, address, and contact number to ensure smooth delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient absence, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery fees may be charged to you.
- Signatures: In some cases, the recipient may be required to sign for the package. If you are not at the specified address, our delivery person may leave the package in a safe place or contact you to reschedule delivery.

- Damages: If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue and may arrange for a replacement delivery or refund.
