Within 24 hours after the order has been placed:

Order can be changed or cancelled at no charge.

Before 48 hours of shipping:

Order can be changed at no charge. If you would like to cancel the order, reimbursement will be provided in the form of store credit. No cash refund.

Within 48 hours of shipping:

Order cannot be changed .Order cancelation will result to a penalty of 50% of the total amount. Refund will be
made with store credit.

With 12 hours after delivery:

If there is any shipping damage, please contact customer service for replacement or refund
(store credit) with proof of picture. As for replacement, we will collect the damage merchandise at our cost. Fresh flowers are not eligible for return or refund.

Delivery windows: 1–5 PM or 6–10 PM (availability varies by postal code).

Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your postal code at checkout.

Most GTA areas support 1–5 PM and 6–10 PM delivery windows.

However, some zones are evening-only(6–10 PM) due to courier availability.

During peak holidays, delivery time slots may be limited.       
While we will always do our best to accommodate time requests, exact-minute timed delivery cannot be
guaranteed.         
If the recipient is not home, flowers may be left in a safe location (weather permitting) or returned to our studio for re-delivery (additional fee may apply).

Every online order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 13%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.

For arrangements of assorted flowers, the flowers shown online will be used if at all possible, however, products contain seasonal flowers might not be available due to unforeseen weather condition. An equal, or higher value material will be used.

For arrangements of all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color if original type is not available.

If the floral wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar wrapping paper will be used.
