We are hiring PART TIME Floral Design Assistant

POSITION TASKS INCLUDE​

1. Flower processing, preparation, cleaning, organizing, packing

2. Customer service

3. Heavy work such as changing water, moving buckets, cleaning buckets, moving flower boxes, vases, papers, etc

4. Store and flower cooler cleaning

5. Assisting florists with daily orders and workshops. 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Gets stuff done quickly, efficiently, and without first being asked or needing

2. Must be a quick thinker and problem solver

3. Excellent communication skills, both English and Chinese

4. Positive attitude with an ability to take initiative

5. Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external clients at all levels

6. The ability to be flexible and respond well to change

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, inclusive of maintaining the store

8. Must be dependable and able to work on weekdays as well as weekends

9. Must be able to work overtime on holidays and special occasions​

PAY

We will have a three-month paid apprenticeship period, after the apprenticeship period, the pay will start at $16 per hour and work time will be 15-20 hours weekly.
